Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 60 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Any return request submitted after the return eligibility period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene, safety, and inventory reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear without original hygiene liners
  • Earrings & jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team first for approval.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment preparation and cannot be canceled.
